Buzzing with excitement at St Helens in the Park!

We’re thrilled to share that we now have bees on site! Our 2 new hives on the solar field have now welcomed their guests! Huge thanks to our wonderful seasonal guest Tony Drury, who has handcrafted these beautiful hives and introduced over 60,000 bees to their new home here at St Helens in the Park 
Bees play a vital role in our ecosystem—they pollinate around one-third of the food we eat, support biodiversity, and help wildflowers and plants thrive. By welcoming bees to St Helens, we’re taking a small but meaningful step toward supporting conservation and protecting our natural environment 
Coming this summer we’ll be hosting family-friendly bee show & tell sessions, where you can meet the bees, learn how they live, and discover why they’re so important to our planet
